1. Processing time

Once a patient’s order has been medically cleared and approved, we typically process and ship medications within one business day.

2.Shipping Method

Medications are shipped directly to the patient’s home via UPS or USPS 1-day shipping. While most shipments arrive within one day, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues), which can result in delivery times of 2–3 days.

3. Delivery and Tracking

Patients will receive tracking information once their order has shipped so they can monitor delivery.

4. Returns and Replacements

• Due to infection control and safety, medications cannot be returned once shipped.

• If there is any problem with the order (e.g., damaged shipment, missing medication), Ralph Wellness will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to the patient.

5. Important Information

Each shipment includes instructions and important information about the patient’s prescription to ensure safe and effective use.
